Historical Timeline

1947

Company founded by Harold Hadley, Defiance, Ohio. Moved to Toledo shortly after because of a building fire. His partners were Mr. Goerlich and Mr. F. Coburn. Primary product was freon powered dual trumpet horns for the marine industry

1972

Hadley sold to Midland Ross

1974

Midland Ross moved the operation to Grandville, Michigan from Toledo, Ohio

1985

Jim & John Humphrey purchased Hadley from Midland Ross

1997

Hadley Products achieved a third party quality certification from Entela as a QS-9000/ISO-9001 Certified Company

2000

Acquisition of Kam Truck Components, a manufacturer of premium Truck, Bus, and RV mirror systems.
Hadley achieved the Mack Truck Certification and the "Paccar Preferred Supplier" Award

Hadley earned the QS-9000 Third Edition Certification.

2001

Hadley awarded the Freightliner LLC, Masters of Quality Award

2002

Launch of the Hadley Smart Air Management System (SAMS); an electronically controlled Air Suspension System

Hadley earned Mack Trucks Delivery Certification

2003

Launch of the Hadley Self Leveling System (SLS)

2004

Acquisition of B&R Manufacturing - Mirror Systems
