Company founded by Harold Hadley, Defiance, Ohio. Moved to Toledo shortly after
because of a building fire. His partners were Mr. Goerlich and Mr. F. Coburn.
Primary product was freon powered dual trumpet horns for the marine industry

Hadley sold to Midland Ross

1974 |
Midland Ross moved the operation to Grandville, Michigan from Toledo, Ohio

1985 |
Jim & John Humphrey purchased Hadley from Midland Ross

1997 |
Hadley Products achieved a third party quality certification
from Entela as a QS-9000/ISO-9001 Certified Company

2000 |
Acquisition of Kam Truck Components, a manufacturer of
premium Truck, Bus, and RV mirror systems.
Hadley achieved the Mack Truck Certification and the "Paccar
Preferred Supplier" Award
Hadley earned the QS-9000 Third Edition Certification.
