NGHCV Universal Kits
Service centers now have a choice when replacing OEM valves on Mack and Volvo trucks with Hadley's recent introduction of direct replacements for the Haldex.
The demand for the Next Generation Height Control Valve (NGHCV), is growing as service centers recognize the advantages of its modular design and dump/non-dump versatility. Made of glass reinforced polymer, same as the Hadley 600 Cab valve used on all Mack and Volvo’s for the last 12 years, the NGHCV is lightweight, yet resistant to extreme stress and temperatures.
With variable flow management, the NGHCV is designed to reduce air flow loss during operation for more control and increased flow capacity during dump/fill. These new versions are now available in all Mack and Volvo distribution centers.
Mack trucks use #4069-H01501MS and Volvo trucks use #85112638 pressure dump valves when ordering.
