Frequently Asked Questions
1) What PRESSURE should my COMPRESSOR SHUT OFF?
- The operating range is 100psi to 135psi (plus or minus 10psi for gauge variation)
2) How LONG should it take to FILL the AIR TANK?
- Small Tank (5"x7") 2.5 to 3 minutes from empty
- Large Tank (5"x14") 3.5 to 4 minutes from empty
****Compressor should not be allowed to run for more than 7 minutes "without" a minimum of 30 minutes cool down period. (depending on ambient temperature)
3) My COMPRESSOR will not SHUT OFF?
- Check Pressure Gauge (if equipped) for pressure build up. If the gauge shows no reading then, review installation instructions for proper assembly
- Check for air leaks - All fittings, hoses, outlet at solenoid, tank seam, mounting studs, and welds
- Solenoids can easily be checked by putting a small balloon or baggie over outlet and looking to see if it fills up with air
- Check for debris in Check Valve/ Solenoid, also check for proper orientation of check valve.

- Average 2 week turn around (longer during holidays)
